Metro Cashe Management's personal loan is built for real, pressing needs: a medical emergency, school fees, home repairs, or any personal expense that can't wait. Approval is assessed on your ability to repay today, not just your past credit history.
Who is eligible
We generally assess:
- Malaysian citizens aged 18 and above
- Regular income credited to a bank account: salary from a private or government employer, a pension, Perkeso, or self-employed income
- Able to provide an IC, payslips, and bank statements
- Not an undischarged bankrupt
There is no fixed minimum income. What matters is that your income arrives in a bank account regularly, so our officer can assess your ability to repay from your statements.
Loan amount
The minimum is RM1,000. There is no fixed maximum. It depends on your documents and the repayment ability our officer assesses.
Interest rate
We offer unsecured personal loans only. Under the Moneylenders Act 1951, the maximum rate for this type of loan is 1.5% per month (18% per year). We do not operate above this cap. Your actual rate is set once your documents are reviewed, and confirmed in writing before you sign.

Fees
You never pay anything out of pocket. No upfront fee, no deposit, and nothing to pay before the loan is disbursed.
Permitted fees are deducted from the approved loan amount rather than paid by you separately. That means the net amount you receive will be lower than the amount approved. Our officer will tell you the exact net figure before you sign, so there are no surprises on disbursement day.
Documents required
- Your IC
- Payslips, preferably the last three months. An income statement is accepted if you are self-employed
- Bank statements, preferably the last three months
Bring the originals to our office. We don't accept document uploads through this website: documents are collected in person, to protect your personal information.
